    Welcome to the San Ramon Valley Unified School District!

    1. Parent Portal Account link for current SRVUSD parent/guardians to access the Online Enrollment Application 

    Log in to your account. Click on the 3 line icon located in the upper left corner of the screen. Click the More tab. On the next screen, near the bottom of the screen, is the "online Enrollment/Annual Update" tab. Click on this tab to start the online enrollment process. (Please use Firefox or Chrome browser, please do not use Internet Explorer browser or smart phones.)  The on-line application cannot be completed via a smart phone.  You will be asked to print a copy of the summary at the completion of the application process. This summary becomes the beginning of your enrollment package. If you don't know your password or need assistance accessing your Parent Portal Account please contact the portal help desk at: portalhelp@srvusd.net.

     

    2. New parent/guardian Online Enrollment Application link

    Gather your required enrollment documents

    1. Bring your enrollment documents to your resident school office staff:

    No appointment is needed for elementary enrollments.
    Please contact your resident middle or high school registrar to schedule an appointment. 

     

    New TK and kindergarten enrollment for the 2020-21 school year is now open. Enrollment information and the link to the online enrollment application are provided below. This link contains important enrollment dates. The online enrollment application for new students for grades 1-12 for the 2020-21 school year will open March 2nd. School sites will begin receiving enrollment documents for these students beginning March 3rd. The first day of the 2020-21 school year is August 11, 2020. We continue to accept new student enrollments for the current, 2019-20 school year.

     

    Be advised that you must be a current resident in the SRVUSD school boundaries and provide proof of residency prior to enrollment approval. Students younger than age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the enrollment process. Here is an enrollment check list to assist you with our process.
